Top 10 moments of 2010.
I always threaten to do one of these… here goes! (in no particular order…)
1) Seeing 30stm not ONCE but TWICE! Yes, twice. Love them boys. Hopefully will catch them somewhere next year.
2) Meeting Mars. MEETING. SPOKE TO. Made a dick of myself in front of Tomo and Shannon but Tomo found it funny at least? Jared tweeted a picture too. Yeah. Pretty fackin’ sweet if you ask me.
3) Starting 6th form. Fresh start with a whole new group of people. It’s been brilliant so far.
4) Finding out who my real friends are. People change I guess, but that’s cool! I’m pretty happy with the bunch I hang out with now.
5) Coming across the wonderfully amazing band that is FEARLESS VAMPIRE KILLERS. They have so much potential to be something big, pretty stoked on where they’re going. Plus, the guys are possibly the nicest band members I have ever met. Love these boys. <3
6) READING FESTIVAL. BLINK 182. Been waiting a few years to catch these guys live and they certainly did not disappoint.
7) Finishing school and passing my French GCSE! Passed with a C, however, a pass is a pass. Always has been my worst subject. 12 other GCSEs under my belt too, can’t complain. Was pretty stoked to end this part of my life, needed a bit of a fresh start.
8) Every single live show that I have attended. I go to far too many than should be possible (my bank account hates me) but it’s all good and fun.
9) Getting a job! Responsibility. I oddly love it, feels good to be earning my own money.
10) Growing up and seeing a little bit more of the world. I think end of year’s are always about reflection for some people, however, for me it’s more about looking towards the future, the experiences I’m going to have, who I’ll spend it with and what will happen.
